But even for smaller parties, we have cozy seating areas and a stylish gallery that can be perfectly adapted to your needs. We are flexible and design our location according to your individual wishes to ensure that your event is exactly how you want it to be.
NO NEIGHBORS
With us, you can enjoy your event without worrying about noise complaints from neighbors. Dance the night away, party hard and let the music play loud – we welcome it! We understand that there are times when loud music, boisterous partying and cheerful laughter are part of the fun, and that’s exactly what we’ve created this place for.

How many people can be accommodated in the location (Maindock)?
Our event location offers space for events of different sizes, from intimate celebrations with 80 people to large events with up to 350 guests.
Are parking facilities available?
Yes. During the week there are 5 parking spaces in the parking lot behind the location. At the weekend, the entire parking lot with 100 parking spaces is available, as the other tenants do not operate on Saturday and Sunday.
Can I bring my own catering service?
We generally work with Mainfood Catering, but under certain conditions an external catering service can also be approved. We will then charge a corkage fee. The amount is determined individually. Please ask us for details.
Is the location accessible?
It goes without saying that our location is accessible.
Can I visit the location in advance?
Yes, we are happy to offer a personal tour of the location by appointment.
Are there accommodation options nearby?
There are several hotels in different price categories near our event location.
Is the location air-conditioned?
Yes, this is how we ensure a pleasant atmosphere during your event.
Can technical equipment such as projectors and microphones be provided?
Yes, we can offer a wide range of technical devices and equipment options.
Our technical partner is Formwandler Events. The team knows our location inside out and will recommend the right package for you.
How long can the event location be rented for?
The rental period is flexible and can range from a few hours to several days.
Are pets allowed?
Out of consideration for other guests and for reasons of hygiene, pets are unfortunately not permitted in the location.
How much does it cost to rent the Maindock?
The Maindock costs 3451€ gross incl. final cleaning (09.00 – Open End). There are additional costs for food, drinks, staff, equipment, etc.
How long can I celebrate?
We have no curfew. Since we are located in an industrial area and you can party all night long. There are also no neighbors who could object to the noise level.
