Part-time accountant / commercial clerk (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for a part-time Accountant/Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will support us in all commercial matters, from financial accounting to the administration of our business processes. Career changers with an affinity for numbers and commercial processes are very welcome.

These are your tasks

Independent bookkeeping in cooperation with our tax consultant
Maintenance and administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounts
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparation and monitoring of payment transactions and dunning procedures
Ensuring correct and complete documentation

The profile

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen
Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an agency or creative environment
Confident handling of common accounting programs, Datev and MS Office
Structured, reliable and independent way of working
Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
Discretion and reliability
